Office Manager

Tori Yourishin, our Office Manager, brings over seven years of management experience to The HUBZone of Leesburg in addition to her trainings in several business writing and business administration courses. Ms. Yourishin began her journey with us as an Administrative Assistant and quickly exhibited leadership skills and strong dedication to the team’s success leading to her promotion to Office Manager.

Tori has a creative mind with the ability to suggest and implement business improvements. Her polite, eager-to-please personality builds lasting impressions on our tenants and employees. She offers assistance throughout many of our departments, aiding in office operations and procedures, while maintaining office policies when necessary.

Elma Chowdhury​

ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

Elma Chowdhury, currently pursuing a Bachelor’s in Information Technology from George Mason University, supports our team as an Administrative Assistant. As such, Ms. Chowdhury plays an integral role in ensuring the overall success of our office. Bringing over 3 years of management experience, Elma is able to confidently handle organizational and clerical support tasks and assist associates to optimize processes.

Easy to find at our front desk, Ms. Chowdhury’s friendly and approachable demeanor allows her to tend to the needs of our current clients and greet prospective clients with a smile. Elma aspires to continue growing within the company and is an asset to our team.

Our Partnership With Strayer University

We have partnered with Strayer University on a high school to work program offered by Strategic Education Inc. We will work together to allow students to work towards a debt-free associate’s degree. The partnership aligns us to a common goal, expanding access to high-quality educational possibilities for students. The program is a unique and exciting chance that allows us to encourage on the job learning. During the program, the student will gain exposure to professional careers, acquire and practice essential work skills, and build a professional network. Under the guidance of our mentors, we aim to provide the student with the ability to start their career off in a meaningful way.

Arijs Sullberg

ADMINISTRATIVE assistant

Arijs Sullberg, currently attending Strayer University pursuing a degree in Information Technology, joined our team as an intern through Strayer’s High School to Work program. Mr. Sullberg made the Dean’s List several times and graduated with an average GPA of 3.8 his senior year. 

In our office, Mr. Sullberg provides a wide range of administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. His energetic and helpful attitude allows him to greet and tend to the needs of current and prospective clients with ease.
